We have been dancing
for 10 years and teaching Choreographed Ballroom for over seven
years. ...everyone should be in
this wonderful activity.
Not only does dancing provide numerous
health benefits,but it also gives us an opportunity to meet wonderful people
from around the world.
There have been several independent studies done that proves that dancing is an excellent form of exercise to improve muscle conditioning, memory retention, heart conditioning,
increases stamina, develops the circulatory system, tones the legs and body,
increases flexibility and balance, relieves stress, helps with weight loss,
etc.
Judi has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 8 years ago and rheumatoid arthritis this
week rheumatologist that she has visited has told her that the best thing that she can do for exercise is dance. I asked her what I could do to help with her pain and she told me, "...continue to dance with me." That was 7 years ago, and we continue to dance as of
today.
One of our students recently told us, "...We are sick of real life and want to live in the glorious delirium of music and dance. A place to forget the pressures of
life... Thank you to you both for showing us that you don't have to just
watch it in a movie and fantasize, but it is possible to learn this beautiful
art form..."
We are available
for group lessons, private lessons, festivals and just about any other type of
dance event or weekend where you need an instructor. We also travel
extensively throughout the United States and are open to traveling overseas with
ample notification.
We teach beginner and next step lessons in a multitude of rhythms including: Waltz, Cha Cha,
Bolero, Jive, West Coast Swing, Single Swing, Rumba, Foxtrot, Meringue' and
Mambo.
